Does anyone know what is the T98G cell size? I mean diameter after trypsinization (and range from..to..). I've tried to find it on the internet but my seeking has failed:(

I would just run a sample through the machine and take the readings from that. There probably isn't any data floating around regarding trypsinised cell sizes.
