Hi guys ,

I am looking for some help into the following :
I have a cell line which is a knockout for a cell-cycle gene , i want to knock -in that gene in to my cells plus i want to also make my cell line heterzygous for that gene. How should i go about this .
I have another query , after being able to do the stuff mentioned above....in my knock -in and heterozygous cell line that i will obtain , i want to mutate another gene . Is all this possible and how should i go about . Please elaborate as i have no experience with this stuff.
