Epigenetics - what exactly is it? (May/27/2008 )

Hello everyone. I have an interview for a postdoctoral project on DC epigenetics during infection.
Can some one please let me know what exactly epigenetics refers to, and maybe recomend some good review, or book, or something.

Hey, thanks for quick reply cellcounter. Had a look at wikipedia already, long explanation think I might actually print it to read with calm at home. Will definitely have a look at the lectures, forgot about Vadlo already, great site!
