shall i get procedure for isoltion and preparation of cdna for cloning
please provide procedure for how to prepare c dna for any human protein and clone in to pet vector

First you need to extract total mRNA from your cells. Then you need to synthesise 1st strand cDNA (this can be done very easily using a kit, e.g. Invitrogen's Superscript II) and finally you use appropriate primers to amplify your gene of interest. Hope this helps.

P.S. Superscript III synthesises 1st strand cDNA directly from cells, which means that you won't have to extract RNA.
