Help: MIN6 Transfection 96well plate Lipo2000 - (Jan/08/2008 )

Pages: Previous 1 2

As far as I know, Min6 is quite difficult to be transfected. Have tried with Effectene, Transfectene, LipoFect2000, or any mixture between these. So far no good. Some suggests try Amaxa.
If you get good result with Lipo, please do let me know. Thanks a lot.

By the way, Min6 grow slowly, so comparing to cells such as Hela, I have to plate a least double or 2.5 amount of cells for it to get similar confluency. Also, it takes time to spread out. I usually have to wait about 36-48h after plating before doing transfection.
