gel compar II - (Dec/28/2007 )

Hi all.

In the publication, most of the gel for fingerprint analysis using gel compar II will have at least two markers, i am curious whether one marker is acceptable for the data analysis?

Do you have any suggestion on journal or book that i can refer to?

I have seen papers where they have used only lambda ladder as a reference and so have I done for my finger print data....
