I know everyone uses roller bottles. What method of cell adhesion and removal do you use to optimize cell yields using your bottles?

Good question dave2. I see that you have once again stumped everyone. There are many types of polystyrene substrates such as both film and hardened plastic that are corona and microwaved treated for a negitive charge (needs a bridge). As for removing the cells, I hope someone has a good method to share with us.
