How to quantify Western blot results/bands? - with ImageJ? Scion? Other programs? (Nov/12/2007 )
Hello everyone,
This time I need all of your expertise in quantifying western blots.
I know there were already some posts in the past concerning this,, but the spoiled brat I am
, I need more comprehensive manual/instruction on what exactly what to do, starting from after I finish developing the blots with 2ndary antibody substrates.
thanks a bunch!!!!

densitometry has no units; it is a numeric interpretation of gray scale ranging from 0-255 multiplied with number of pixels; if you like you can define "arbitrary units"
