Hi!

I know that measuring O.D. of a cell culture can be considered to be pretty basic, but I still have some questions on problems that I encountered...

I'm measuring in microwell plates, as well as culture my cells there. But the cells tend to stick together on the bottom of the well after a while! Can I still trust the O.D. value?
How can I avoid that they get stuck on the bottom like that?

Yes, since I'm trying to make a calibration curve for an antibacterial substance testing (of the type of an MIC test).
