Template DNA concentration - (Mar/28/2007 )

Hi,
I have measured my genomic DNA using nanodrop, all around 40-80 ng/ul.
is it enough for PCR, I have tested the DNA with Microsatellite marker, it works very well, but with specific gene marker is not good enough.
