How do I make sure its a non specific or the cleavage band. Its at 17 kda. Also the left two are my treatment samples while last right one is the control so I am assuming those are cleaved. And only the treatments seems to have the cleaved ones.

One of my coleagues advised me to dilte the secondary further to eliminate the non specific bands. I used 10,000 .I am going to try diluting it 1:20,000
