I need help on information on cellulase, peroxidase, laccase, amylase and chitinase. Such as the structure and the importance, and how to screen them in actinomycets. Recommended websites will be much deeply appreciated.

Try this enzyme website for info about the action and gene structures. I think it also gives amino acid sequences. You may need to check structural databases (try the protein crystallography sites) if you need to visualise the 3d structure. EC number from Brenda, though.
