Cotransfection - (Feb/20/2002 )

Hi,
I am planning to do a stable cotransfection in PC12 cells.
How could I set a double selection? Is it better to start with one transfection, do the selection and then carry on with te second transfection/selection or what?

It is better to create a stable cell line with one of your plasmids. Then do a single transfection. A cotransfection would cause you to add too many antibiotics and may harm the cell.
