Hi, I will use fluorescence polarization this method. I want to know what small proteins you used for this method. If somebody is using this method, we can discuss it together.

You're right, FP can only be used for small Mr proteins. I use the technique to analyse drugs; digoxin, phenytoin etc. What are you working on?
