ps, DNA isolated from blood can sometimes be difficult to purify without PCR inhibitors from my experiences. Something to keep in mind.

Hi,

I've been using salting out for DNA purification from blood DNA and I have obtained good results. But it's important not to spin your DNA after adding NaCl but picking it out of the tube into another tube with ethanol. This step is very important for the final purity of your DNA and for posterior applications (I use it for PCR and had no problems).
