resolution of similar size products using agarose gel - heeeeeelp !!! =P (Oct/20/2005 )

Well, we're just using the SB buffer now -- I haven't actually tried the lithium buffer. I was planning on doing so, though -- if I can find time, I'll give it a shot next week.
