I would like to ask if anyone have tried DCs immunofluorescence with MHC II-fitc and another txas red antibody. Is it possible to use both without interferece problems??
Are monocyte derived DCs autofluorescent ?
Does ANYONE HAVE A PROTOCOL using cytospin centrifuge??

Using DC Fitc and TR is fine. DCs do have some autoflorescence but if you can usually work around it. I would advise that if you are doing any staining for MHC class II you use the one from monosan. The rest are pretty crap and don't as good of staining and have background problems. Hope this helps.
