pGEM T Easy subcloning - (Mar/13/2016 )

Hi,

I'm trying to subclone from a pGEM T Easy vector to another one to express a protein. However, I need to find a vector that coincides with the RE sites. So far I have tried many without success. I was wondering if someone has an expression vector with His tags they recommend goes with the pGEM T Easy vector.

Why not PCR the insert with the desired RE sites (and HIS tag) included?
