In the human brain then cant you just transplant those neurons and wake up in the body you transferred the neurons to ?

Can you indicate the neurons involved in consciousness? So far brain transplants aren't feasible, nor is transfer of individual neurons and retaining function. Structure of the brain apparently plays a role too.
