Cell cycle determination - (Jul/11/2014 )

Hey folks,

I currently try to establish cell cycle measurements using FACS with cells stained with propidium iodide. To get a more accurate distribution of cells in a specific phase, I want to include BrdU staining or comparable method. Does any of you have experience with double-staining in cell cycle determination? Please let me know.
