Affymatrix Microarray data analysis - (Jun/18/2014 )

Dear all,

I have Affymatrix microarray data , and I would like to analyse my own data , can someone please tell me which company provides comprehensive online tool or software  to carry out my analysis. It would be nice to get some idea from you all, preferably if the company is in Germany or Europe.
