How to determine minimum inhibitory concentration and minimum fungicidal concent - (Nov/11/2013 )

Hello every body,

My name is latha, new for this forum.

Working in one of the biotech organisation in INDIA.

We are doing anti microbial study for herbal extract against bacterial and fungal pathogens.

We finished off for bacterial and candidial species. But we are unable to set a protocol for fungi species like fusarium, trichoderma.

Please anybody help for this
