Im working with PBMC or purified lymphocytes and mi question is...
Im activating the cells with a-CD3/CD28 (1ug/ml) for 48 hrs...how much is the increase (proliferation) do i have to expect? Twice?...
Recently i have no proliferation or even less cells... In this days im going to check if they are really activated using CD69 by FACS...

More details are needed to help you with your issue:
1) What species is your PBMC source?
2) What lymphocyte have you purified (method please).
3) What is your anti-CD3/CD28 protocol for activation.
4) What is your readout for proliferation (good to confirm with CD69)?
