Tricistronic vector - (Nov/16/2012 )

Dear all,
I need a mammalian expression vector to express two different genes. I am targetting to use the resultant cDNA in chicken cells. Again, if possible I would like to get a vector containing no antibiotic resistance gene? Any advise
Thanks

Any mammalian expression vector should work - pcDNA3 is a common one. No antibiotic resistance is a difficult one - how will you select for transformed bacterial clones without an awful lot of screening, and then you will still struggle as the bacteria can just kick out the plasmid.

If you don't want a eukaryotic selection marker, then you can remove them by restriction digest.
