type of IgG in my sample?? - proteinA purified sample (Aug/09/2011 )

hi...

i have protein A purified samples of antibody raised against my protein,any suggestion on a simple method by which i could find about types of IgG i have in my samples??

also could any one suggest me methods to purify antibodies specific to my protein??

What do you mean by "types of IgG i have in my samples??"? Are you interested in the IgG subclasses. In that case, you can do ELISA with subclass-specific secondary antibodies.
Concerning the purification of specific Abs, if you have enough protein (the antigen used to make the Abs), then you can immobilize the antigen to activated agarose beads and make an affinity column.
