Can anyone tell me if BAC DNA can be isolated with miniprep kit?

Probably not. How big is your BAC? You need to check the maximum size that your mini-prep column will capture, and compare that to how big your BAC is.
You could still use the res, lys and neu buffers though, and then ppt your DNA from there.
