Does anyone knows if I can order two single stranded oligos in order to get an double stranded adapter?

Yes, that works fine. They need to be annealed, and if you are using them as adapters, you probably want them phosphorylated, either with PNK or by ordering them with 5' phosphates.

Phage said it, yes it's possible. You heat the mixture and let it cool down slowly.
