color of 5 times SDS loading dye - (Feb/17/2010 )
Hi,
Does anyone know why the 5 times SDS loading dye is orange in color rather than the normal blue color? But when it's mixed with sample, the color immediately changed to blue? Is it because of Ph or salt concentration? Thanks
