I wondered were i could find the pathway of a targetgene.
I dont know if anyone, has experience with visualizing genpathways?

thanks for the reply. I explored these pathways. But i did not see, that you can enter your gene and see which other genes are up-and downstream.
Do you know another program, were this would be possible (if this exist)?

That's because they are user submitted, if you come up with a pathway, you can add it on biocarta
