recombinant protein quantification by flow cytometry - (Jan/13/2010 )

hi
I have a elementary question, I am new in protein quantification, I expressed some proteins in CHO cells and extablish different clones now I need to compare expression level of my protein between different clones and chose the one with highest expression, I know different techniqus like elisa western blotting anf flow cytometry are used in this regard, but I dont know which is more accurate and more sensetive
because my expression level is probably very low.

thanks in advance

Depends on whether the protein is secreted (ELISA), membrane bound (FACS/Intracellular FACS) or remain intracellular (Western, ELISA, Intracellular FACS).

Best.
