DAB-IHC - (Jan/05/2010 )

Hi hi,

I'm new in this field. I would like to know if DAB (diacetylbenzene) can be use for cell-sample. eg : red blood cell. to see the localization of specific protein in the parasite that lives in the cell.

Or, I will break the red blood cell membrane and collect the parasite only. I was thinking that IFA (indirect fluorescent analysis) would be good to see the localization.

or any other ideas?
