Hello, I am culturing cells for one week, then exposing to peptide, and finally assaying for cytokines in the media. Depending on when my materials are shipped, I may have to do the assay after christmas break when the lab opens again. Will the freezing of the collected media (for about 1-2 weeks) affect the cytokines? Thanks very much.
